The\n          Sharklet retrofit improves fuel efficiency compared to the older wingtip\n          fence configuration, a saving that compounds noticeably on longer legs.\n          The sixth airframe is powered by IAE V2500 engines with classic wingtip\n          fences, giving us operational experience across both engine families.\n        <\/p>\n        <p>\n          Cabin layout is configured for 180 passengers in a single-class economy\n          arrangement. With six airframes\n          in our fleet, the A321 operates our longer leisure routes to the Canary\n          Islands and Madeira, as well as high-demand domestic and intra-European\n          services where the additional capacity is needed.\n        <\/p>\n        <p>\n          Five of our A321 carry CFM56 engines with Sharklets. The sixth airframe\n          is powered by IAE V2500 engines with wingtip fences. Despite the A321&#8217;s\n          higher gross weight, fuel burn per passenger remains competitive with the\n          A320 thanks to the increased cabin density.\n        <\/p>\n        <p>\n          The increased maximum take-off weight of 93.5 tonnes allows us to operate\n          at full payload to destinations beyond four hours flight time.
