General<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aero Lloyd Virtual is an independent, privately organised and non-commercial virtual airline project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participation is voluntary and subject to these Pilot Rules, the applicable operational documents and the instructions published through the official Aero Lloyd Virtual systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There is no entitlement to admission, continued membership, assignment of flights or permanent access to any particular service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aero Lloyd Virtual is operated on a voluntary basis. There is no entitlement to continuous availability, immediate support, fixed response times or the implementation of requested features.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Real-life health, family, work, education and personal responsibilities must always take priority over participation in Aero Lloyd Virtual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Minimum Age<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Applicants must be at least <strong>16 years old<\/strong> at the time of application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Applicants must provide accurate and complete information regarding their identity and age.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aero Lloyd Virtual may reject an application or terminate membership where information is incomplete, inaccurate or deliberately misleading.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Application and Admission<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every applicant must complete the official application and onboarding process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Admission requires or may require:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>completion of the application form;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>acceptance of the applicable rules and policies;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>successful completion of the entrance assessment;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>possession of the required software and accounts;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>approval by the Aero Lloyd Virtual administration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Passing the entrance assessment does not create an automatic right to admission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aero Lloyd Virtual may accept or reject an application at its own discretion, particularly where participation requirements are not met or an applicant is considered unsuitable for the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There is no obligation to provide detailed reasons for the rejection of an application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Entrance Assessment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The entrance assessment must be completed independently and without unauthorised assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The required passing score must be achieved before admission can be considered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sharing questions, answers or internal assessment content with third parties is prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Attempts to manipulate, copy or circumvent the assessment may result in immediate rejection and temporary or permanent exclusion from future applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Required Flight Simulation Software<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pilots must use a compatible version of <strong>Microsoft Flight Simulator<\/strong> <strong>\/ MSFS2024<\/strong>  and the supported <strong>Fenix Airbus aircraft<\/strong> for Aero Lloyd Virtual operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The required Fenix product must be acquired independently and legally by the pilot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aero Lloyd Virtual does not provide, sell, distribute or share licences, installation files, activation data or other protected software content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The use of pirated, unlawfully modified or otherwise illegally obtained software is prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pilots are responsible for keeping their simulator, aircraft add-ons and related software sufficiently current and operational.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Technical Requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pilots are responsible for providing and maintaining the hardware, internet connection, simulator installation and technical environment required for participation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aero Lloyd Virtual is not obliged to provide individual technical support or guarantee compatibility with every system configuration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Members are expected to install updates where these are required for compatibility, security or continued participation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. SimBrief Account<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A valid <strong>SimBrief account<\/strong> is mandatory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pilots must provide a valid SimBrief Pilot ID where requested and maintain access to their own SimBrief account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The account must be created and managed independently by the pilot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aero Lloyd Virtual is not responsible for the availability, functionality or terms of SimBrief or other third-party services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. AERIS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AERIS is the official flight-recording and operational reporting system of Aero Lloyd Virtual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AERIS may only be used for authorised Aero Lloyd Virtual flights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following are prohibited:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>using AERIS for another virtual airline or organisation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sharing AERIS with unauthorised third parties;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>copying, modifying, reverse-engineering, decompiling or redistributing AERIS;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>manipulating flight data, events or reporting results;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>attempting to bypass monitoring or validation functions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>using another member\u2019s account or credentials;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>using AERIS for unrelated testing or other purposes without prior authorisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AERIS and its Aero Lloyd Virtual-specific components remain the property of Aero Lloyd Virtual. Access may be modified, suspended or withdrawn at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Accounts and Access Credentials<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Crew accounts, application codes, access codes and login credentials are personal and may not be shared.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pilots are responsible for protecting their credentials and reporting suspected unauthorised access promptly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Multiple accounts, false identities and the use of another pilot\u2019s account are prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Members must not attempt to access systems, data or functions for which they have not been authorised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aero Lloyd Virtual may temporarily restrict or suspend access where misuse, a security incident or a breach of these rules is suspected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Operational Documents and Internal Material<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Manuals, briefings, procedures, checklists, training material, route information, software documentation and other internal material provided by Aero Lloyd Virtual are intended exclusively for use within the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They may not be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>copied for another organisation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>uploaded to public platforms;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>redistributed to unauthorised third parties;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>modified and republished;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sold or used commercially;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>presented as the work of another person or organisation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>used to create competing documentation, software or services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This restriction continues after membership has ended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Publicly available source material and third-party documents remain subject to the rights and licence terms of their respective owners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Membership in Other Virtual Airlines<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Membership in other virtual airlines is expressly permitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aero Lloyd Virtual does not require exclusive membership. Flight simulation is a hobby, and members are free to participate in other communities and projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The only requirements are that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the minimum activity requirement at Aero Lloyd Virtual continues to be met;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aero Lloyd Virtual accounts, documents, software, access credentials and internal resources are not used for another organisation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>flights are recorded and submitted honestly to the organisation for which they were actually operated;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>confidential information is not transferred between organisations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>no false impression of an official partnership or cooperation is created.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aero Lloyd Virtual aims to provide an environment in which members participate because they enjoy the project, not because they are prevented from joining other virtual airlines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Flight Operations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pilots must conduct Aero Lloyd Virtual flights in accordance with the published operational rules and procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This includes, where applicable:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>use of an approved aircraft type and registration;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>use of AERIS for flight recording;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>realistic flight preparation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>use of the assigned or booked flight data;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>compliance with applicable routes and operational limitations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>no unauthorised time compression;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>compliance with taxi, stabilised-approach and other published limits;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>accurate reporting of diversions, interruptions and technical events;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>completion of the flight without deliberate manipulation of recorded data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reasonable operational deviations may be accepted where they are safety-related, operationally justified or properly explained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Repeated or deliberate violations may result in PIREP rejection, additional review, training requirements, suspension or termination of membership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Minimum Flight Activity and Currency<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pilots must complete at least <strong>three accepted landings within each consecutive 90-day period<\/strong> to remain current and active.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only accepted Aero Lloyd Virtual flights correctly recorded through AERIS count towards the currency requirement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Newly admitted pilots have an initial 90-day period in which to complete their first qualifying activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pilots may receive a warning before their currency expires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Approved leave or an authorised exemption pauses the currency period for the relevant absence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the currency requirement is not met, the pilot may be placed on <strong>inactive<\/strong> status. The crew account and crew ID may initially remain available so that currency can be restored through qualifying Aero Lloyd Virtual flights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Continued inactivity may result in further warnings, removal from the active roster and, after the applicable inactivity period, closure of the account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pilots who expect to be unable to meet the currency requirement should request leave through the designated system in good time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. Leave of Absence and Real-Life Priority<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Real-life responsibilities always take priority over virtual airline activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pilots who are temporarily unable to fly may request leave through the designated system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A reason may be provided voluntarily but should not contain unnecessary sensitive personal information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Approved leave pauses the applicable currency period. Exceptionally long absences may require renewed confirmation of membership or operational currency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No member is expected to conduct a flight where doing so would interfere with real-life responsibilities, necessary rest, health or personal wellbeing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">15. Conduct and Community Standards<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Members are expected to communicate with one another in a respectful, clear, understandable and considerate manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aero Lloyd Virtual aims to maintain a professional, welcoming and cooperative community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Differences of opinion should be handled calmly, fairly and without personal attacks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following are not permitted on Aero Lloyd Virtual platforms:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>harassment, discrimination or personal attacks;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>insulting, aggressive, threatening or deliberately provocative behaviour;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bullying, exclusion or repeated disrespectful communication;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>political campaigning, political disputes or ideological arguments;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>inflammatory discussions concerning religion, nationality or other socially divisive subjects;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>hate speech, extremist content or discriminatory statements;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>deliberate disruption of conversations, events or operations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>publication of confidential internal information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>conduct that damages the reputation, trust or security of Aero Lloyd Virtual.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Factual references to current events, regulations or aviation-related matters are not automatically prohibited. Aero Lloyd Virtual platforms are, however, not intended for political debate, ideological confrontation or divisive campaigning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Honest mistakes should be handled constructively. Deliberate misconduct, repeated disregard of rules or attempts to conceal violations will be treated more seriously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">16. External Representation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Members must represent Aero Lloyd Virtual appropriately whenever their actions can reasonably be associated with the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This applies in particular when:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>flying on VATSIM or another online ATC network;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>communicating with air traffic controllers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>interacting with pilots from other virtual airlines;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>using Aero Lloyd Virtual callsigns, liveries or crew identifiers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>participating in public events, streams or community discussions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>posting about Aero Lloyd Virtual on social media, forums or external platforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Members are expected to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>remain polite, calm and professional;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>comply with the applicable rules of the external platform;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>communicate clearly and respectfully;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>accept controller instructions and corrections appropriately;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ask for clarification politely where necessary;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>avoid unnecessary disputes or confrontational behaviour;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>show consideration for controllers, other pilots and network users;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>avoid publicly blaming or ridiculing controllers or other pilots for mistakes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>refrain from arguing on frequency or disrupting network operations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>avoid using Aero Lloyd Virtual callsigns or branding for trolling, deliberate rule violations or disruptive behaviour;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>protect the reputation of the project through responsible conduct.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Conflicts on external platforms should be handled through the reporting and moderation procedures of the relevant platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">17. Personal Opinions and Official Statements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Members may hold and express personal opinions provided they comply with these rules and make clear that such opinions are personal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personal views must not be presented as official positions of Aero Lloyd Virtual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only expressly authorised persons may:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>issue official statements on behalf of Aero Lloyd Virtual;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>enter into partnerships or cooperation agreements;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>contact companies, organisations or media as an official representative;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>make public commitments in the name of Aero Lloyd Virtual;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>represent the project in legal, commercial or organisational matters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Members must not present Aero Lloyd Virtual, themselves or other members as representatives of a real-world airline, aviation authority, training organisation or commercial aviation provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">18. Confidentiality<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Internal information must be treated confidentially where it is not intended for public distribution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This includes, in particular:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>internal crew or community communication;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>administrative discussions and decisions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PIREP comments and reviews;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>complaints and conflict-related communication;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>personal information concerning other members;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>unpublished documents;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>internal software information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>access credentials, security information and restricted system content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Screenshots, messages, recordings or extracts from internal systems may not be published or shared outside Aero Lloyd Virtual without authorisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This obligation continues after membership has ended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">19. Streaming, Videos and Social Media<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Members may create streams, videos or social-media content relating to Aero Lloyd Virtual, provided that the project is represented appropriately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Members must not publish:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>confidential crew content;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>personal data of other members without permission;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>internal messages or administrative decisions without authorisation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>login credentials or restricted system areas;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>unreleased documents or software;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>intentionally misleading or damaging representations of the project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reasonable criticism and constructive feedback remain permitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where content is sponsored, monetised or produced in cooperation with a third party, the member must not imply official approval by Aero Lloyd Virtual unless such approval has been granted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">20. Conflict Resolution and Reporting Concerns<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Members should attempt to resolve disagreements calmly, directly and respectfully where appropriate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If direct resolution is not possible, the matter may be referred confidentially to the Aero Lloyd Virtual administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reports should:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>be factual and objective;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>include relevant information or evidence where available;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>avoid public accusations before internal review;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>respect the privacy and dignity of all persons involved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Public escalation, organised hostility against individual members or publication of internal conflicts on external platforms is prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No member will be disadvantaged for making a genuine report in good faith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Knowingly false, malicious or manipulative accusations may themselves constitute a breach of these rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">21. Use of Name, Logo and Branding<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The name, logo, liveries, callsigns, crew identifiers and other branding elements of Aero Lloyd Virtual may only be used in connection with authorised Aero Lloyd Virtual activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They may not be used:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>for another virtual airline;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>for a private competing project;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to create the appearance of an official partnership or endorsement;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>for commercial products or services without authorisation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in a misleading, damaging or unlawful context.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Members may use project branding in screenshots, streams and social-media content where the use is respectful, accurate and connected to an authorised Aero Lloyd Virtual activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">22. Flight Reports and Review<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Submitted flights may be reviewed automatically by AERIS and manually by authorised administrators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A flight report may be rejected, returned for clarification or corrected where:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>required data is missing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the flight was operated with unsupported software;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the recording appears incomplete or manipulated;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>operational limits were deliberately ignored;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the flight was not conducted under the applicable booking or assignment;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a significant event has not been adequately explained;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the flight was recorded under another organisation or account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pilots may be asked to provide clarification before a final decision is made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A reasonable operational error will normally be treated differently from deliberate manipulation or repeated disregard of procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">23. External Platforms and Third-Party Rules<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Members must comply with the rules and terms of external services used in connection with Aero Lloyd Virtual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>VATSIM;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SimBrief;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discord or other community platforms;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SayIntentions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>BeyondATC;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>flight-simulation platforms;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>social networks;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>other aviation or community services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Membership in Aero Lloyd Virtual does not grant any special rights on external networks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aero Lloyd Virtual is not responsible for suspensions, restrictions, moderation decisions or technical failures imposed by third-party services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">24. Membership Decisions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aero Lloyd Virtual may issue warnings, restrict access, suspend an account or terminate membership where these rules are violated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The appropriate action depends on the seriousness, frequency and circumstances of the breach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Possible measures include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>informal clarification;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>formal warning;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>operational review;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>temporary restriction of functions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>temporary suspension;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>removal from the active roster;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>termination of membership;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>permanent exclusion from future applications in serious cases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Serious misconduct, manipulation, software piracy, unauthorised sharing of documents, disclosure of confidential information or misuse of access credentials may result in immediate removal without prior warning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There is no entitlement to continued membership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">25. Acceptance of Rules and Policies<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Applicants and members must read and accept the current:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pilot Rules;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Privacy Policy;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disclaimer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Acceptance may be recorded together with the relevant document version and the date and time of acceptance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where material changes are made, members may be required to accept the updated version before continuing to use certain services or participate in flight operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">26. Mindestalter<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bewerber m\u00fcssen zum Zeitpunkt der Bewerbung mindestens <strong>16 Jahre alt<\/strong> sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Angaben zur Identit\u00e4t und zum Alter m\u00fcssen vollst\u00e4ndig und wahrheitsgem\u00e4\u00df erfolgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aero Lloyd Virtual kann eine Bewerbung ablehnen oder die Mitgliedschaft beenden, wenn Angaben unvollst\u00e4ndig, unrichtig oder bewusst irref\u00fchrend sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Bewerbung und Aufnahme<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jeder Bewerber muss das offizielle Bewerbungs- und Onboardingverfahren vollst\u00e4ndig durchlaufen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Aufnahme setzt voraus oder kann voraussetzen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>vollst\u00e4ndige Bewerbung;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anerkennung der geltenden Regeln und Richtlinien;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>erfolgreiches Bestehen des Eingangstests;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vorhandensein der erforderlichen Software und Benutzerkonten;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Freigabe durch die Administration von Aero Lloyd Virtual.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Bestehen des Eingangstests begr\u00fcndet keinen automatischen Anspruch auf Aufnahme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aero Lloyd Virtual kann eine Bewerbung nach eigenem Ermessen annehmen oder ablehnen, insbesondere wenn Teilnahmevoraussetzungen nicht erf\u00fcllt sind oder ein Bewerber f\u00fcr das Projekt als ungeeignet angesehen wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es besteht keine Verpflichtung, eine Ablehnung ausf\u00fchrlich zu begr\u00fcnden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Eingangstest<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Eingangstest muss selbstst\u00e4ndig und ohne unzul\u00e4ssige Hilfe durchgef\u00fchrt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die festgelegte Mindestpunktzahl muss erreicht werden, bevor eine Aufnahme gepr\u00fcft werden kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Weitergabe von Fragen, Antworten oder internen Pr\u00fcfungsinhalten an Dritte ist untersagt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Manipulations-, Kopier- oder Umgehungsversuche k\u00f6nnen zur sofortigen Ablehnung und zu einem zeitweiligen oder dauerhaften Ausschluss von weiteren Bewerbungen f\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Erforderliche Flugsimulationssoftware<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00fcr Fl\u00fcge von Aero Lloyd Virtual m\u00fcssen eine kompatible Version von <strong>Microsoft Flight Simulator \/ MSFS2024<\/strong> und die unterst\u00fctzten <strong>Fenix-Airbus-Flugzeuge<\/strong> verwendet werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das erforderliche Fenix-Produkt muss vom Piloten selbstst\u00e4ndig und legal erworben werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aero Lloyd Virtual stellt keine Lizenzen, Installationsdateien, Aktivierungsdaten oder sonstigen gesch\u00fctzten Softwareinhalte bereit und gibt solche nicht weiter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Verwendung illegal kopierter, unzul\u00e4ssig ver\u00e4nderter oder auf andere Weise rechtswidrig erworbener Software ist untersagt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Piloten sind daf\u00fcr verantwortlich, ihren Simulator, ihre Flugzeug-Add-ons und die zugeh\u00f6rige Software ausreichend aktuell und funktionsf\u00e4hig zu halten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Technische Voraussetzungen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Piloten sind selbst daf\u00fcr verantwortlich, die f\u00fcr die Teilnahme erforderliche Hardware, Internetverbindung, Simulatorinstallation und technische Umgebung bereitzustellen und funktionsf\u00e4hig zu halten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aero Lloyd Virtual ist nicht verpflichtet, individuellen technischen Support zu leisten oder die Kompatibilit\u00e4t mit jeder Systemkonfiguration zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mitglieder m\u00fcssen erforderliche Aktualisierungen installieren, sofern diese f\u00fcr Kompatibilit\u00e4t, Sicherheit oder die weitere Teilnahme notwendig sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. SimBrief-Konto<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein g\u00fcltiges <strong>SimBrief-Konto<\/strong> ist zwingend erforderlich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Piloten m\u00fcssen bei Bedarf eine g\u00fcltige SimBrief Pilot ID angeben und selbstst\u00e4ndig Zugriff auf ihr eigenes SimBrief-Konto gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Konto muss vom Piloten selbst eingerichtet und verwaltet werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aero Lloyd Virtual \u00fcbernimmt keine Verantwortung f\u00fcr Verf\u00fcgbarkeit, Funktionalit\u00e4t oder Bedingungen von SimBrief oder anderen Drittanbietern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. AERIS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AERIS ist das offizielle Flugaufzeichnungs- und Meldesystem von Aero Lloyd Virtual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AERIS darf ausschlie\u00dflich f\u00fcr autorisierte Fl\u00fcge von Aero Lloyd Virtual verwendet werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Untersagt sind insbesondere:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Verwendung von AERIS f\u00fcr eine andere virtuelle Airline oder Organisation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weitergabe von AERIS an unberechtigte Dritte;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vervielf\u00e4ltigung, Ver\u00e4nderung, Reverse Engineering, Dekompilierung oder Weiterverbreitung;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manipulation von Flugdaten, Ereignissen oder Ergebnissen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Umgehung von \u00dcberwachungs- oder Validierungsfunktionen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nutzung eines fremden Benutzerkontos oder fremder Zugangsdaten;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nutzung f\u00fcr sachfremde Tests oder andere Zwecke ohne vorherige Genehmigung.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AERIS und seine Aero-Lloyd-Virtual-spezifischen Komponenten bleiben Eigentum von Aero Lloyd Virtual. Der Zugang kann jederzeit ge\u00e4ndert, ausgesetzt oder entzogen werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Benutzerkonten und Zugangsdaten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Crew-Konten, Bewerbungscodes, Zugangscodes und Login-Daten sind pers\u00f6nlich und d\u00fcrfen nicht weitergegeben werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Piloten sind f\u00fcr den Schutz ihrer Zugangsdaten verantwortlich und m\u00fcssen einen vermuteten unbefugten Zugriff zeitnah melden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mehrfachkonten, falsche Identit\u00e4ten und die Nutzung eines fremden Kontos sind untersagt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mitglieder d\u00fcrfen nicht versuchen, auf Systeme, Daten oder Funktionen zuzugreifen, f\u00fcr die sie keine Berechtigung besitzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aero Lloyd Virtual kann den Zugang vor\u00fcbergehend einschr\u00e4nken oder sperren, wenn ein Missbrauch, ein Sicherheitsvorfall oder ein Versto\u00df gegen diese Regeln vermutet wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Operative Dokumente und interne Inhalte<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Von Aero Lloyd Virtual bereitgestellte Handb\u00fccher, Briefings, Verfahren, Checklisten, Trainingsunterlagen, Streckeninformationen, Softwaredokumentationen und sonstige interne Inhalte sind ausschlie\u00dflich f\u00fcr die Nutzung innerhalb des Projekts bestimmt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sie d\u00fcrfen insbesondere nicht:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>f\u00fcr eine andere Organisation kopiert werden;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>auf \u00f6ffentlichen Plattformen hochgeladen werden;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>an unberechtigte Dritte weitergegeben werden;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ver\u00e4ndert und erneut ver\u00f6ffentlicht werden;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>verkauft oder kommerziell genutzt werden;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>als eigene Arbeit einer anderen Person oder Organisation ausgegeben werden;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>zur Erstellung konkurrierender Dokumentationen, Software oder Dienste verwendet werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diese Beschr\u00e4nkung gilt auch nach Beendigung der Mitgliedschaft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00d6ffentlich zug\u00e4ngliche Quellen und Dokumente Dritter unterliegen weiterhin den Rechten und Lizenzbedingungen ihrer jeweiligen Rechteinhaber.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Mitgliedschaft in anderen virtuellen Airlines<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Mitgliedschaft in anderen virtuellen Airlines ist ausdr\u00fccklich erlaubt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aero Lloyd Virtual verlangt keine exklusive Mitgliedschaft. Flugsimulation ist ein Hobby, und Mitglieder d\u00fcrfen sich frei in anderen Gemeinschaften und Projekten engagieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voraussetzung ist lediglich, dass:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>die Mindestaktivit\u00e4t bei Aero Lloyd Virtual weiterhin erf\u00fcllt wird;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Konten, Dokumente, Software, Zugangsdaten und interne Ressourcen von Aero Lloyd Virtual nicht f\u00fcr andere Organisationen verwendet werden;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fl\u00fcge ehrlich bei derjenigen Organisation aufgezeichnet und eingereicht werden, f\u00fcr die sie tats\u00e4chlich durchgef\u00fchrt wurden;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vertrauliche Informationen nicht zwischen Organisationen weitergegeben werden;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>kein falscher Eindruck einer offiziellen Partnerschaft oder Zusammenarbeit entsteht.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aero Lloyd Virtual m\u00f6chte ein Umfeld bieten, in dem Mitglieder gerne teilnehmen, weil ihnen das Projekt Freude bereitet \u2013 nicht, weil ihnen die Mitgliedschaft in anderen virtuellen Airlines untersagt wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Flugbetrieb<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Piloten m\u00fcssen Fl\u00fcge von Aero Lloyd Virtual nach den ver\u00f6ffentlichten Betriebsregeln und Verfahren durchf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dazu geh\u00f6ren, soweit anwendbar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Verwendung eines freigegebenen Flugzeugtyps und einer freigegebenen Registrierung;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verwendung von AERIS zur Flugaufzeichnung;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>realistische Flugvorbereitung;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verwendung der zugewiesenen oder gebuchten Flugdaten;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Einhaltung anwendbarer Strecken und operativer Grenzen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>keine unzul\u00e4ssige Zeitbeschleunigung;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Einhaltung von Taxi-, Stabilized-Approach- und sonstigen ver\u00f6ffentlichten Grenzen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>korrekte Meldung von Diversions, Unterbrechungen und technischen Ereignissen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Durchf\u00fchrung des Fluges ohne absichtliche Manipulation der Aufzeichnungen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nachvollziehbare operative Abweichungen k\u00f6nnen akzeptiert werden, wenn sie sicherheitsbedingt, betrieblich begr\u00fcndet oder ausreichend erkl\u00e4rt sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wiederholte oder vors\u00e4tzliche Verst\u00f6\u00dfe k\u00f6nnen zur Ablehnung eines PIREPs, zu einer zus\u00e4tzlichen Pr\u00fcfung, Trainingsma\u00dfnahmen, Sperrung oder Beendigung der Mitgliedschaft f\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Verhalten und Gemeinschaftsstandards<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Von allen Mitgliedern wird ein respektvoller, klarer, verst\u00e4ndlicher und r\u00fccksichtsvoller Umgang miteinander erwartet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aero Lloyd Virtual m\u00f6chte eine professionelle, freundliche und kooperative Gemeinschaft bieten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meinungsverschiedenheiten sollen ruhig, fair und ohne pers\u00f6nliche Angriffe ausgetragen werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Auf den Plattformen von Aero Lloyd Virtual sind insbesondere nicht gestattet:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bel\u00e4stigungen, Diskriminierungen oder pers\u00f6nliche Angriffe;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>beleidigendes, aggressives, bedrohliches oder bewusst provozierendes Verhalten;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mobbing, Ausgrenzung oder wiederholt respektlose Kommunikation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>politische Werbung, politische Auseinandersetzungen oder ideologische Diskussionen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>eskalierende Diskussionen \u00fcber Religion, Nationalit\u00e4t oder andere gesellschaftlich stark spaltende Themen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hassrede, extremistische Inhalte oder diskriminierende \u00c4u\u00dferungen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vors\u00e4tzliche St\u00f6rung von Gespr\u00e4chen, Veranstaltungen oder des Betriebs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ver\u00f6ffentlichung vertraulicher interner Informationen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verhalten, das Ansehen, Vertrauen oder Sicherheit von Aero Lloyd Virtual sch\u00e4digt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sachliche Hinweise auf aktuelle Ereignisse, Vorschriften oder luftfahrtbezogene Themen sind nicht automatisch untersagt. Au\u00dfenwirkung und Repr\u00e4sentation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mitglieder m\u00fcssen Aero Lloyd Virtual angemessen vertreten, sobald ihr Auftreten nachvollziehbar mit dem Projekt in Verbindung gebracht werden kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dies gilt insbesondere:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>bei Fl\u00fcgen auf VATSIM oder anderen Online-ATC-Netzwerken;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in der Kommunikation mit Fluglotsen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>im Umgang mit Piloten anderer virtueller Airlines;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bei der Verwendung von Aero-Lloyd-Virtual-Callsigns, Bemalungen oder Crew-Kennungen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bei \u00f6ffentlichen Events, Streams oder Community-Veranstaltungen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bei Beitr\u00e4gen \u00fcber Aero Lloyd Virtual in sozialen Netzwerken, Foren oder auf externen Plattformen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Von Mitgliedern wird erwartet:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>h\u00f6flich, ruhig und professionell aufzutreten;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>die Regeln der jeweiligen externen Plattform einzuhalten;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>klar und respektvoll zu kommunizieren;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anweisungen und Korrekturen von Controllern angemessen anzunehmen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bei Unklarheiten h\u00f6flich nachzufragen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>unn\u00f6tige Streitigkeiten oder konfrontatives Verhalten zu vermeiden;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00fccksicht auf Controller, andere Piloten und Netzwerkteilnehmer zu nehmen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Controller oder andere Piloten wegen Fehlern nicht \u00f6ffentlich blo\u00dfzustellen oder l\u00e4cherlich zu machen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Konflikte nicht auf der Frequenz auszutragen und den Netzwerkbetrieb nicht zu st\u00f6ren;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aero-Lloyd-Virtual-Callsigns oder Branding nicht f\u00fcr Trolling, absichtliche Regelverst\u00f6\u00dfe oder st\u00f6rendes Verhalten zu verwenden;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>durch verantwortungsbewusstes Verhalten zum guten Ruf des Projekts beizutragen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Konflikte auf externen Plattformen sollen \u00fcber die Melde- und Moderationswege der jeweiligen Plattform gekl\u00e4rt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">17. Pers\u00f6nliche Meinungen und offizielle Aussagen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mitglieder d\u00fcrfen pers\u00f6nliche Meinungen vertreten und \u00e4u\u00dfern, sofern sie diese Regeln einhalten und deutlich machen, dass es sich um pers\u00f6nliche Ansichten handelt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pers\u00f6nliche Ansichten d\u00fcrfen nicht als offizielle Position von Aero Lloyd Virtual dargestellt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nur ausdr\u00fccklich autorisierte Personen d\u00fcrfen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>offizielle Erkl\u00e4rungen im Namen von Aero Lloyd Virtual ver\u00f6ffentlichen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partnerschaften oder Kooperationen eingehen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unternehmen, Organisationen oder Medien als offizieller Vertreter kontaktieren;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00f6ffentliche Zusagen im Namen von Aero Lloyd Virtual machen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>das Projekt in rechtlichen, kommerziellen oder organisatorischen Angelegenheiten vertreten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mitglieder d\u00fcrfen Aero Lloyd Virtual, sich selbst oder andere Mitglieder nicht als Vertreter einer realen Fluggesellschaft, Luftfahrtbeh\u00f6rde, Ausbildungsorganisation oder eines kommerziellen Luftfahrtunternehmens darstellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">18. Vertraulichkeit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Interne Informationen m\u00fcssen vertraulich behandelt werden, sofern sie nicht ausdr\u00fccklich zur \u00f6ffentlichen Weitergabe bestimmt sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dies gilt insbesondere f\u00fcr:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>interne Crew- oder Community-Kommunikation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>administrative Gespr\u00e4che und Entscheidungen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PIREP-Kommentare und Pr\u00fcfungen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beschwerden und konfliktbezogene Kommunikation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>personenbezogene Informationen anderer Mitglieder;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>unver\u00f6ffentlichte Dokumente;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>interne Informationen zu Software;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zugangsdaten, Sicherheitsinformationen und gesch\u00fctzte Systeminhalte.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Screenshots, Nachrichten, Aufzeichnungen oder Ausz\u00fcge aus internen Systemen d\u00fcrfen ohne Genehmigung nicht au\u00dferhalb von Aero Lloyd Virtual ver\u00f6ffentlicht oder weitergegeben werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diese Verpflichtung gilt auch nach Beendigung der Mitgliedschaft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">19. Streaming, Videos und soziale Medien<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mitglieder d\u00fcrfen Streams, Videos oder Social-Media-Inhalte mit Bezug zu Aero Lloyd Virtual erstellen, sofern das Projekt angemessen dargestellt wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nicht ver\u00f6ffentlicht werden d\u00fcrfen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>vertrauliche Crew-Inhalte;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>personenbezogene Daten anderer Mitglieder ohne deren Zustimmung;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>interne Nachrichten oder administrative Entscheidungen ohne Genehmigung;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zugangsdaten oder gesch\u00fctzte Systembereiche;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>unver\u00f6ffentlichte Dokumente oder Software;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>absichtlich irref\u00fchrende oder rufsch\u00e4digende Darstellungen des Projekts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sachliche Kritik und konstruktive R\u00fcckmeldungen bleiben zul\u00e4ssig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bei gesponserten, monetarisierten oder in Zusammenarbeit mit Dritten erstellten Inhalten darf keine offizielle Zustimmung von Aero Lloyd Virtual behauptet werden, sofern eine solche nicht erteilt wurde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">20. Konfliktl\u00f6sung und Meldung von Problemen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meinungsverschiedenheiten sollen, soweit angemessen, zun\u00e4chst ruhig, direkt und respektvoll gekl\u00e4rt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ist eine direkte Kl\u00e4rung nicht m\u00f6glich, kann die Angelegenheit vertraulich an die Administration von Aero Lloyd Virtual gemeldet werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meldungen sollen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>sachlich und objektiv sein;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nach M\u00f6glichkeit relevante Informationen oder Belege enthalten;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00f6ffentliche Anschuldigungen vor einer internen Pr\u00fcfung vermeiden;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Privatsph\u00e4re und W\u00fcrde aller Beteiligten respektieren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00d6ffentliche Eskalationen, gezielte Gruppenbildung gegen einzelne Mitglieder oder die Ver\u00f6ffentlichung interner Konflikte auf externen Plattformen sind untersagt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kein Mitglied wird benachteiligt, weil es in gutem Glauben einen berechtigten Hinweis meldet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bewusst falsche, b\u00f6swillige oder manipulative Anschuldigungen k\u00f6nnen selbst einen Versto\u00df gegen diese Regeln darstellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">21. Verwendung von Name, Logo und Branding<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Name, Logo, Bemalungen, Callsigns, Crew-Kennungen und sonstige Branding-Elemente von Aero Lloyd Virtual d\u00fcrfen nur im Zusammenhang mit autorisierten Aktivit\u00e4ten von Aero Lloyd Virtual verwendet werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sie d\u00fcrfen nicht verwendet werden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>f\u00fcr eine andere virtuelle Airline;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>f\u00fcr ein privates konkurrierendes Projekt;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>um den Eindruck einer offiziellen Partnerschaft oder Unterst\u00fctzung zu erwecken;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ohne Genehmigung f\u00fcr kommerzielle Produkte oder Dienstleistungen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in einem irref\u00fchrenden, rufsch\u00e4digenden oder rechtswidrigen Zusammenhang.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mitglieder d\u00fcrfen das Projekt-Branding in Screenshots, Streams und Social-Media-Inhalten verwenden, sofern die Nutzung respektvoll, zutreffend und mit einer autorisierten Aktivit\u00e4t von Aero Lloyd Virtual verbunden ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">22. Flugberichte und Pr\u00fcfung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eingereichte Fl\u00fcge k\u00f6nnen automatisiert durch AERIS und manuell durch berechtigte Administratoren gepr\u00fcft werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein Flugbericht kann abgelehnt, zur Kl\u00e4rung zur\u00fcckgegeben oder korrigiert werden, wenn:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>erforderliche Daten fehlen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nicht unterst\u00fctzte Software verwendet wurde;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>die Aufzeichnung unvollst\u00e4ndig oder manipuliert erscheint;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Betriebsgrenzen vors\u00e4tzlich missachtet wurden;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>der Flug nicht entsprechend der anwendbaren Buchung oder Zuweisung durchgef\u00fchrt wurde;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ein erhebliches Ereignis nicht ausreichend erkl\u00e4rt wurde;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>der Flug unter einer anderen Organisation oder einem anderen Benutzerkonto aufgezeichnet wurde.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vor einer endg\u00fcltigen Entscheidung kann eine Stellungnahme des Piloten angefordert werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein nachvollziehbarer operativer Fehler wird grunds\u00e4tzlich anders bewertet als vors\u00e4tzliche Manipulation oder wiederholte Missachtung von Verfahren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">23. Externe Plattformen und Regeln Dritter<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mitglieder m\u00fcssen die Regeln und Bedingungen externer Dienste einhalten, die sie in Verbindung mit Aero Lloyd Virtual nutzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dazu k\u00f6nnen geh\u00f6ren:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>VATSIM;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SimBrief;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discord oder andere Community-Plattformen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SayIntentions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>BeyondATC;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flugsimulationsplattformen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>soziale Netzwerke;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>weitere Luftfahrt- oder Community-Dienste.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eine Mitgliedschaft bei Aero Lloyd Virtual gew\u00e4hrt keine besonderen Rechte auf externen Netzwerken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aero Lloyd Virtual ist nicht verantwortlich f\u00fcr Sperrungen, Einschr\u00e4nkungen, Moderationsentscheidungen oder technische Ausf\u00e4lle von Drittanbietern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">24. Entscheidungen \u00fcber die Mitgliedschaft<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aero Lloyd Virtual kann bei Verst\u00f6\u00dfen Verwarnungen aussprechen, Zug\u00e4nge beschr\u00e4nken, Konten sperren oder die Mitgliedschaft beenden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Ma\u00dfnahme richtet sich nach Schwere, H\u00e4ufigkeit und Umst\u00e4nden des Versto\u00dfes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00f6gliche Ma\u00dfnahmen sind:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>informelle Kl\u00e4rung;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>formelle Verwarnung;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>operative Pr\u00fcfung;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vor\u00fcbergehende Einschr\u00e4nkung von Funktionen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>zeitweise Sperrung;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entfernung aus dem aktiven Roster;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beendigung der Mitgliedschaft;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dauerhafter Ausschluss von zuk\u00fcnftigen Bewerbungen in schwerwiegenden F\u00e4llen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Schwerwiegendes Fehlverhalten, Manipulation, Softwarepiraterie, unbefugte Weitergabe von Dokumenten, Offenlegung vertraulicher Informationen oder Missbrauch von Zugangsdaten k\u00f6nnen zur sofortigen Entfernung ohne vorherige Verwarnung f\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein Anspruch auf Fortsetzung der Mitgliedschaft besteht nicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">25.
