What we expect

Age
16 years or older
Activity
3 landings every 90 days
To maintain active status in the roster.
ATC
Mandatory on all flights
VATSIM, SayIntentions or BeyondATC. Realistic ATC interaction is required on all flights.
Flight Planning
SimBrief for every flight
Realistic OFP — no simplified planning.
Simulator
Microsoft Flight Simulator
2020 or 2024.
Attitude
Realism & professionalism
We value learning and attitude over perfection.

How to join

  1. 01
    Read up Browse the Fleet, Philosophy and Where We Fly pages to get a feel for how we operate.
  2. 02
    Pass the Entry Exam A short knowledge test covering Aero Lloyd Virtual, general aviation and VATSIM basics. Pass mark is 75 %. You can retake after a 2-day cooldown.
  3. 03
    Submit your application Complete the registration form unlocked by your exam result. Our HR Team reviews every application personally.
  4. 04
    Welcome aboard Once approved you receive your crew credentials and access to the Crew Center — including dispatch, roster, logbook and the full fleet.
