2. No Affiliation
Aero Lloyd Virtual is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by the former Aero Lloyd Flugreisen GmbH & Co., its legal successors, former shareholders, trademark holders or any other real-world aviation company.
The Aero Lloyd name is used solely within the context of an independent, non-commercial flight simulation project inspired by the legacy of the former airline.
Nothing on this website should be understood as claiming an official continuation, legal succession or authorised revival of the former airline.
3. Simulation Use Only
All information, documents, procedures, flight plans, manuals, checklists, briefings, operational data and software functions provided by Aero Lloyd Virtual are intended solely for use in flight simulation.
They must not be used for:
- real-world flight planning;
- actual aircraft operation;
- real-world navigation;
- professional aviation training;
- licensing or certification;
- maintenance decisions;
- dispatch decisions;
- operational or safety-critical decisions in real aviation.
Information used within the project may be simplified, adapted, fictional, outdated or incomplete when compared with real-world aviation documentation.
For real-world aviation purposes, only current and officially approved publications, manuals, charts, procedures and instructions issued by the relevant authorities, operators and manufacturers may be used.
4. Accuracy and Availability of Content

However, Aero Lloyd Virtual does not guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, current, error-free or continuously available.
Operational information may change without notice. Technical interruptions, programming errors, data transmission issues, incorrect external data or temporary service outages may occur.

Users should not rely on Aero Lloyd Virtual software as the sole storage location for important information and should maintain appropriate backups where necessary.
Aero Lloyd Virtual does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with all systems or permanent preservation of stored virtual operational data.
7. External Data and Third-Party Services
Aero Lloyd Virtual may use or link to external services and data providers, including weather services, route databases, mapping services, flight-planning platforms, ATC networks, simulation platforms and community services.
Examples may include SimBrief, VATSIM, OpenStreetMap, AviationWeather.gov, Open-Meteo and other aviation-related services.
External content and data are provided under the responsibility of the respective provider.
Aero Lloyd Virtual has no control over the permanent availability, accuracy, legality, security or subsequent modification of third-party content and services.
The use of external services is subject to the respective provider’s own terms, rules and privacy policy.

Aero Lloyd Virtual does not offer real passenger transport, cargo transport, travel services, tickets, charter services or other commercial aviation products.
Virtual bookings, schedules, boarding processes, flight numbers, aircraft assignments and operational documents exist only within the simulation environment.
No contractual relationship for real transportation or real aviation services is created through the use of the website.
13. External Networks and Community Platforms
Participation on external platforms such as VATSIM, Discord, social networks or other simulation services is governed by the rules and terms of the respective provider.
Aero Lloyd Virtual is not responsible for:
- actions taken by external platform operators;
- suspensions or restrictions imposed by third parties;
- communications outside Aero Lloyd Virtual systems;
- technical failures of external platforms;
- conduct of users outside the direct control of Aero Lloyd Virtual.
Membership in Aero Lloyd Virtual does not grant any special rights on external networks.
14. Changes to the Project
Aero Lloyd Virtual may amend its fleet, routes, operating procedures, participation rules, software functions and organisational structure.
There is no entitlement to the permanent availability of a specific route, aircraft, registration, function, document, account or membership status.
Major changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.
