We are looking for sim pilots who are interested in realistic airline operations — not just collecting flight hours. If you value professionalism, structured procedures and continuous improvement, you will feel at home here.

What we expect

Age
16 years or older
Activity
3 landings every 90 days
To maintain active status in the roster.
ATC
Mandatory on all flights
VATSIM, SayIntentions or BeyondATC. Realistic ATC interaction is required on all flights.
Flight Planning
SimBrief account required
A free SimBrief account is sufficient and is used for flight planning through our OCC.
Simulator & Aircraft
Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 + Fenix Airbus A320/A321
Required for all official Aero Lloyd Virtual flights.
Operating System
Windows PC required
Required for the simulator and system environment supported by Aero Lloyd.
Flight Tracking
AERIS (provided)
Our crew client for check-in, flight tracking, flight validation and automatic PIREP submission. Mandatory on all official flights — issued to you once accepted.

How to join

  1. 01
    Read up Browse the Fleet, Philosophy and Where We Fly pages to get a feel for how we operate.
  2. 02
    Pass the Entry Exam A short knowledge test covering Aero Lloyd Virtual, general aviation and VATSIM basics. Pass mark is 75 %. You can retake after a 2-day cooldown.
  3. 03
    Submit your application Complete the registration form unlocked by your exam result. Our HR - Team reviews every application personally.
  4. 04
    Welcome aboard Once approved you receive your crew credentials and access to the Crew Center — including dispatch, roster, logbook and the full fleet.
